With over 15 years of experience in construction, utility, and infrastructure operations, Marwa brings a strong combination of engineering knowledge, operational leadership, and financial oversight to complex construction projects. With a background in Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering & Management, she has developed extensive expertise in project controls, contract administration, change management, and operational systems.

Her ability to bridge field execution and financial performance keeps projects organized, contract-compliant, and financially controlled from start to finish. Marwa is recognized for building disciplined systems that improve efficiency, protect margins, strengthen cash flow, and support scalable company growth.

Her project experience includes major utility, environmental, and civil infrastructure initiatives such as BC Hydro’s McLellan and Clayburn Substations, Eagle Mountain Substation for FortisBC, Hatzic Emergency Works for the Ministry of Environment, Metro Vancouver Coquitlam Water Main No. 4, and Highway 91/17 Upgrade projects.
